Blackreef

The story follows a young man named Silvers who has just been sold off for the second time in his life. Though, this time his owner is not a single person, but a secretive government agency tasked with breaking a 1000 year taboo to prevent humanity’s extinction. For a virus has overtaken the entirety of their isolated kingdom’s cropland, which served as the source for nearly the entirety of the food consumed. As such Silvers, as well as a team of similarly unfortunate slaves, are forced to undergo several trials. Each with the goal of trimming away the weak from the masses, and strengthening those that strived for survival. However, besting the trials only served as the starting line for the strong that remained. As they are sent into the vast and magically mutated land of the Blackreef. The remainder of the continent outside the kingdom’s sole barrier, a hulking stone wall that partitioned them off onto a lonely peninsula. Within these twisted lands he, alongside his team must find a solution to their kingdom’s crisis. All the while facing the monstrous flora and fauna within, as well as the manifestations of their troubled pasts. Only by conquering these threats are they able to visualize a bigger picture, one of a corrected world attainable solely through a catalyst of quaking proportions.
